Resepi Tradisi org Lipis

I love to eat masakan kampung!
Well, as someone who used to stay in kampung with her grandmother, haruslah biasa & menggemari masakan kampung. Among my favs are Sambal ikan bilis belimbing rebus & Gulai Tempoyak Sulur Keladi.
The former is not so difficult to make as the basic ingredients are ikan bilis & cili padi.. however, the later is another story.. the sulur keladi is so hard to find nowdays.. kalau cari kt pasar malam, the most u can find is batang keladi! tp, boleh la kan.. dari xder keladi langsung...

So, here I wanna share the recipe.. if u want it to be more spicy.. just add extra cili padi for the extra umphhh..


Sambal Ikan Bilis Belimbing Rebus


Bahan-bahan
10 biji cili padi
1 piring kecil ikan bilis
5 biji belimbing buluh yang direbus dan dituskan
3 ulas bawang merah sedikit minyak masak sedikit garam & gula

Cara-cara
1. Kisar bawang, cili & belimbing hingga hancur
2. Masukkan ikan bilis & kisar lagi separuh hancur
3. Panaskan minyak & tumis bahan blender td....
4. Masukkan garam & gula sesedap rasa
5. Tumis sehingga garing. (kalau nk simpan lama, tumis sehingga hampir kering)

tp nk buat belimbing rebus tu bkn rebus ngn air tau.. just letak belimbing ngn garam ckit dlm kuali.. jgn buh air, pastu msak ngn api sederhana (jgn besar) smpai belimbing tu kuar air dan akhirnyer kecut..
